The Undisturbed Mind: No Anxiety, No Fear, for the Self-Examination Finds No Fault

Confucius said: “The superior man has no anxiety or fear. If self-examination finds no fault, what is there to fear?”

The superior man has neither anxiety nor fear. When internal examination discovers nothing wrong, what is there to be anxious about, what is there to fear?

君子不忧不惧。内省不疚,夫何忧何惧?
