The Principle of Boundaries: “Not in Office, Do Not Meddle in Its Governance”

Confucius said: “If you are not in that position, do not interfere with its governance.”

He who is not in any particular office has nothing to do with plans for the administration of its duties.

不在其位,不谋其政。
